The Runstreet beginner 5K training plan will take you from 0 miles to 5K hero with this beginner’s 5K running program! This 10-week 5K training plan builds your endurance gradually with a run-walk program and will have you ready to run a 5K by the end of Week 10. The program is designed by USATF- and RRCA-certified NYC running coach and NASM-certified personal trainer Marnie Kunz.

The beginner 5K training plan is designed for runners who are new to distance running. You will follow a running and walking program that increases your endurance incrementally until you can run a whole 5K without stopping. This is the perfect 5K training plan for beginning runners.
