This 12-Week Half Marathon Training Plan for Intermediate runners will help you go from running 10K (or 6 miles) to a half marathon in 12 weeks. The program will build your endurance gradually with a weekly long run and regular base runs. There are two speed workouts per week to help you get faster.

This program is for intermediate runners who can currently run 6 miles (or 10K). If you want to build your speed and endurance for your next half marathon, this 12-week half marathon training plan has the blueprint you need to crush your race.
