Runstreet Track Tuesdays is back! This week we will meet on Wednesday though because of the July 4 holiday. This week we will meet at ConBody, 294 Broome Street, Level C, and run to the East River Park Track. All levels welcome. This summer we are focusing on training for shorter races early in the summer and will build up to doing longer intervals by the end of summer.
Perfect training to get faster for all races levels and distances, especially for the Brooklyn Mile, 5th Ave Mile, 5Ks, 10Ks and for fall half marathons and beyond. All paces welcome.
We meet at the benches on the side of the track, next to the handball courts. Bag drop is at the track so leave your valuables at home or keep them on you.

I've never done a track workout. What can I expect?
You will learn a lot and have fun! With our small groups, we can cater each workout to your individual needs and offer modifications as well as beginner-friendly tips and tricks to get started. You'll learn the best warm ups and stretches for speed work, and we will personalize your training to suit your distance and race goals. All levels and paces are welcome. The only prerequisite is being able to run 3 miles, at any speed.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Participants must be 18 years of age unless granted permission by their parent/guardian.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You can take the B/D train to Grand Street or the N/W to Prince Street or the 4/5/6 to Canal Street.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You can drop your bag at ConBody.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

What is the cancellation policy?
In the event of extreme weather, the session will be cancelled and everyone will be emailed.
