FAQs

I am not a serious runner. How fast are we talking?

The run is led at a relaxed, 10-minute-mile pace, with stops for photos and talking at key murals. If you can jog a 5K, you can do an Art Run. There will also be a pacer at the back of the run to keep everyone on course.

What should I bring?

Come ready to run! There will also be a bag drop available at the hotel. We recommend carrying valuables on the run.

What if I cannot make it?

You can transfer your ticket to someone who can. Send the name and email of the replacement runner to hello@runstreet.com.

What if the weather is bad?

If the run has to be rescheduled due to extreme weather, we will notify everyone in an email and will reschedule the event within 1 month of the original date. If you cannot make it, you receive credit toward a future run. No refunds.

Is this a race?

No, this is an Art Run, a guided 5K fun running tour of street art. It is not timed and there are no medals.
