Join Marnie Kunz of Runstreet for a 5K Art Run + Lauren Chiarello for a 15-minute Pilates + Stretch class in Central Park. 50% of proceeds from class will support This Is My Brave. Post-class, hang with awesome like-minded humans for a potluck picnic!

ABOUT THE ART RUN: Join Runstreet on a beautiful 5K Art Run to see the best murals in Midtown, Manhattan. The run is at a relaxed, 10-minute-mile pace, with stops for photos along the way. (5K = 3.1 Miles)

ABOUT PILATES + STRETCH: Fire up your core, build spinal flexiblity + mobility -- ending with a peaceful savasana + stretch.

ABOUT THIS IS MY BRAVE: This Is My Brave brings stories of mental illness + addiction out of the shadows + into the spotlight through live performances in major cities across the United States. @thisismybrave
