Strawberry Beat Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

1/2 cup Unsweetened Oat Milk (Silk Brand recommended)

1/2 cup Fresh Water

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts

1/4 cup of Beets

1/4 cup of Strawberries

1 cup of Pineapple

1 cup of Romaine Lettuce

1 Small Banana (Optional, provides Creamy Texture)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Fruits should be frozen overnight. Bananas are optional. You can also add your own twist with another fruit or substitute ingredients. Enjoy this healthy smoothie and let us know what you think!
