Runstreet hit the West Coast for our first ever LA Art Run, in partnership with Athleta LA and Hotel Erwin.

Thanks to our awesome Runstreet crew that continues to grow around the world, we had a fun-filled, adventurous 2019.

Runstreet was honored to partner with Garden Suites Hotel by Affinia recently for a special VIP Art Run featuring amazing street artist Tony “Rubin” Sjoman.

If you’re thinking about lacing up your shoes to run 26.2 miles, first of all, congratulations. It takes a lot of guts to sign up for that first marathon, so give yourself a quick pat on the back.

The second annual Daydream 5K Art Run and Festival kicked off in Chicago this year, following a smashing inaugural Daydream Festival in Brooklyn last year.

We are happy to say our Daydream Art Run and Festival was a huge hit in 2018 (check out the recap), and we will be bringing this festival to the beautiful, art-filled streets of Miami and Chicago in 2019, and return for the Daydream Brooklyn for a second year! The inaugural Runstreet Daydream 5K Art Run & Festival presented by Clif Bar was a swimming success full of paint, glitter, smiles, tacos and miles. From sparkling unicorns to dogs in fairy costumes to onesie-clad runners, the costumed run waves were a hit! We loved bringing our vision of a day of fantasy, play, color, art, music and running to life, and were lucky to work with so many amazing NYC street artists in the process.

To kick off 2018, Runstreet teamed up with The Yoga Collective NYC for a colorful, interactive Resolution Art Run! Winding through the streets of Lower Manhattan, we hit amazing NYC street art - from the East Village down to First Street Green Art Park. 

Runstreet was founded on the principles of art, camaraderie, equality and sweat therapy, and we are grateful we got to bring all of these principles to life in 2017. 

Happy holidays from Runstreet! We gathered for a special edition Ugly Sweater Holiday Art Run in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, hosted by McCarren Park Hotel and Pool. And oh what fun it was, with reindeers, ugly (& cute!) sweaters, homemade sweet treats from Forever Plant-Based and more!

My friend Derek joined me, and we both embarked on a journey that was more than a race but also about new beginnings, second chances and long delayed relaxation. 

I found out about the Riviera Nayarit Half Marathon from the race director, Arturo Garcia, and it felt like perfect timing. I was finally able to run again and train for something and also did not have plans for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Runstreet enjoyed our first ever Boston Art Run, in partnership with Clif Bar, and all ticket sale proceeds went directly to the Mayor's Mural Crew in Boston. 

Runstreet celebrated Global Running Day the best way we know how, with a beautiful Art Run! Thanks to ConBody Bowery studio for hosting an incredible evening of art, sweat, socializing and exploring the colorful Lower East Side!

Runstreet hit the stunning streets of Williamsburg for an inspiring 5K Art Run on Dec. 10, followed by a kick ass circuits workout at OrangeTheory Fitness Williamsburg.

The Light Up the Night Run brought together many runners from across NYC to highlight the need for better lighting in our city's parks.

Runstreet and ConBody held the first ever Prison Break 5K on October 22, 2016, with a 5K race from the Lower East Side of Manhattan across the bridge to Dumbo, Brooklyn, and a final workout with ConBody founder Coss Marte on the ConBody Prison Bus.

It's been a busy fall at Runstreet, with our first year of art runs in full swing and street art runs from Brooklyn to Manhattan to Queens. We've seen incredible new murals and enjoyed lots of miles and smiles together.

Runstreet hit the streets of Brooklyn for the illest Hip Hop Art Run, complete with Biggie murals, ODB art and Brooklyn's finest hip hop tunes.
