Shed your stress with us for a fun, active day in the city! First, a 4-mile Art Run led by Runstreet to see the biggest and best new NYC murals and street art in Manhattan. Followed by healthy refreshments and recharging at NYPT Health & Rehab, with Runner's Yoga taught by Corepower Yoga instructor Jenna Scott.
Join Runstreet, Corepower Yoga and Chiropractor John Alexander for a fun and relaxing Self-Care Saturday! The Art Run will be 4 miles at a relaxed, 10-minute-mile pace, with stops for photos. And yoga will be a rejuvenating 30-minute Yoga for Runners that focuses on key areas of tension in a runner's body. Refuel between the run and yoga with healthy eats at NYPT Health and Rehab.
Bag drop available. Run begins and ends at NYPT Health and Rehab.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No minimum age. The only prerequisite is being able to run 4 miles.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Take the N, W or R train to East. 23rd Street subway stop or the 4, 5, 6, L, N, or W trains to Union Square or the 1 train to 14th Street.

What's the refund policy?
In the event of extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled. All participants who cannot make the event will receive credit toward a future event. No refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Just be prepared to pull your ticket up on your phone.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
