Join us for a special 5K Art Run celebrating renowned artist Rubin's new mural at Gardens Suites Hotel by Affinia.
The Art Run is a 5K fun run at a 10-minute-mile pace with several stops for photos along the way. There will be a photo contest, so use #affiniaartrun on all your social posts to enter.
A Runstreet photographer will be on the run to capture all the action, and you’ll receive a link to the professional photos after the running fun!
Run begins and ends at Gardens Suites Hotel by Affinia, where there will be a bag drop.
All levels of runners welcome! The only requirement is being able to run 3 miles.

What are my transit options?
Take the F/Q to 63 Street stop, the 6 train to 68 street or the 4/5/6/ N/R/W to 59 Street.
What can I bring?
Dress for the weather and be ready to run! The run will be rain or shine!
What if I cannot make it?
You can transfer your ticket to a friend by emailing marnie@runstreet.com the full name and email of the replacement runner. No refunds.
What if the weather is terrible?
In the event of extreme weather, we will reschedule the run and will email everyone the rain date.

Manhattan based mural and studio artist Tony “Rubin” Sjöman has painted all over the world and his works have been shown in galleries throughout the US and Europe. Sjöman’s roots are in Finland and Sweden and he draws inspiration from his Scandinavian heritage for his complex abstract geometrical murals and studio works. Sjöman has become a staple of the art scene of New York City and beyond.
